Title: Garbanzo-Oat Waffles

Yield: 2 Waffles

1cAM Oat Flakes
1/2cAM Garbanzo Flour
1 1/4cWater
1tbAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
2tsHoney
1/4tsSea salt, or more (optional)
1/2tsNon-alum baking powder

Preheat waffle iron.

Place oatmeal in blender. Grind into coarse flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend. Let sit a few minutes. Blend again for 2 seconds. Pour into hot, well-oiled waffle iron. Bake 5 to 8 minutes.

VARIATION: May replace 1/4 cup water with 1 egg.
